Technical Sessions and the NOBCChE ConneXions Poster Competition

Abstract Guidelines


The 2022 call for abstracts is now open. Please review the Abstract Guidelines document above before using the Submit an Abstract button below.  The deadline to submit an abstract for an oral presentation is June 10.  The deadline to submit for a poster presentation is June 27.  If you are apply for an Advancing Science Conference Grant the deadline is June 10 if you are submitting for an oral presentation and June 27 for a poster.

Please keep the following in mind. Accepted presenters are expected to:

  1. Present in-person at the conference
  2. Confirm participation by the deadline in your acceptance email.
  3. Register for the conference in order to be eligible to present.  You will find the conference rates and a link to sign up on the Register page.  If you have applied for an Advancing Science Conference Grant DO NOT register until you are approved. 
  4. Submit approved presentation materials by the deadline specified in your acceptance email.  
  5. All participants will have their resumes included in the database provided to exhibitors.  To update your member profile with your resume and database search criteria, please login to the member portal and visit your profile or fill out this form.

 We are also looking for professionals with advanced degrees or those with five years of experience in their field who are interested in reviewing oral abstracts. Learn more here

Session Proposals

NOBCChE is soliciting proposals for the NOBCChE 2022 Conference.  The deadline to submit session proposals is June 27, 2022.  Through these sessions, participants add knowledge and tools to their current skill-set to further support their careers, academically and/or professionally.  NOTE: submission does not guarantee acceptance for the conference.  Please direct all questions to [email protected].  

Submitters of approved proposals should already be in contact with the committee that selected them.  Presenters are expected to present in-person at the conference and must register for the conference in order to be eligible to present.  You will find the conference rates and a link to sign up on the Registration page.
