Abstract Guidelines

 

The 2024 call for abstracts is now open. Please review the Abstract Guidelines document above before preparing a submission. The deadline to submit is March 13, 2024.

Please keep the following in mind. Accepted presenters are expected to:

  1. Present in person at the conference
  2. Confirm participation by the deadline in your acceptance email.
  3. Register for the conference in order to be eligible to present.  You will find the conference rates and a link to sign up on the Register page.  If you have applied for an Advancing Science Conference Grant DO NOT register until you are approved or declined. 
  4. Submit approved presentation materials by the deadline specified in your acceptance email.  

  5. All participants will have their resumes included in the database provided to exhibitors.  Please provide your resume when you register for the conference.
