THEORETICAL/COMPUTATIONAL CHEMISTRY FACULTY POSITION:  The Department of Chemistry at the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level with research expertise in theoretical/computational to begin August 2016.  The successful applicant is expected to develop a research program involving undergraduate and M.S. level students, and will teach both undergraduate and graduate courses.  A Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field is required and post-doctoral experience is preferred. Ideal candidates will be able to work collaboratively and contribute to departmental strengths in the areas of biomolecular chemistry and computational chemistry. Collaborative research programs with faculty in other CU Denver departments, both on the Downtown Denver Campus and at the Anschutz Medical Campus, are strongly encouraged.
