Technical Posters and the NOBCChE ConneXions Poster Competition

Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract for NOBCChE 2020!  The call for abstracts is now closed.

Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, the Board of Directors has made the decision to take this year’s conference virtual. The virtual event will be held September 24th – 25th.  As part of this change, we will be converting all Technical Sessions (both oral and poster presentations) to virtual posters accompanied with a 3-minute pre-recorded presentation.  Each of the accepted presenters will receive feedback on their abstract from the review committee and may have the opportunity to participate in one of several poster competitions in which cash prizes will be awarded.  Presentations will only be viewable by registered conference attendees.

If you were accepted to present:

  1. Presenters must register for the conference in order to be eligible to present.  This includes a six-month pass to access new monthly virtual content following the conference.  You will find the conference rates and a link to sign up on the Register page.
  2. Poster PDFs and presentation recordings will be due no later than July 31st.
    1. Submit your presentation materials here
    2. If you need instructions on how to record your presentation you will find them here,
    3. Please remember that as a poster presenter you will only have 1 "slide" which is your poster,
