This collaborative initiative supports DuPont’s commitment to a diverse workforce and is the fourth installment of DuPont’s GOLD (Growth Opportunities Leading in Diversity) program, a platform intended to expose doctoral and post-doctoral scientists from underrepresented groups (African American/Black, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Hispanic/Latinx, or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander) to the wide range of career opportunities in industrial research at DuPont.

The theme of this year’s GOLD seminar competition at NOBCChE is “Inspired for Global Transformation”.
