The NOBCChE Chapter Award program recognizes student and professional chapters that successfully complete an annual Program of Activities (PoA), which includes a series of activities designed to encourage its members to grow as individuals, achieve academic and/or professional excellence, work as part of a team, and serve the community.

The Chapter Awards Committee selects student and professional chapters to receive special recognition on the basis of their programs and activities, as described in their chapter reports.

Eligibility & Instructions

In order to qualify for a NOBCChE chapter award, your chapter must:

  • Complete at least 1 activity in 4 of the 5 following chapter focus areas during a fiscal year (the NOBCChE fiscal year is July 1 to June 31.
  • Submit a chapter report for the fiscal year by August 1
  • Check the box (submit chapter for award consideration)
